If you can give me more information of the Di Marco's you are inquiring about I maybe able to help. I think I found a Cousin in Georgia, we are still refining the link. My family came from Italy They were originally from Rome and were soilders of fortune, and migrated to Villafrati, Sicily.
They came to this country in 1906 some through Ellis Island and the rest into New Orleans. My grandfather had seven brother and we lost contact with them in about 1925. If you go to you can look at our family. The original spelling is Di Marco, MY grandfather's name was Giovanni Di Marco, he was 50 years old when he entered America. The odds are not very good that we could help but it could be a start for you. How are you related to the Di Marco's.
Best of Luck
