Don't forget about the Dingledines from Virginia--at James Madison University, there is not only a Dingledine dorm, but a scholarship named after a Dingledine (my great-uncle, Raymond Dingledine, Jr, I believe, who passed away a few years ago). Anyway, I will try to find out more (I'm only a bored college student, but I know that my father-- Bill Dingledine-- has some sort of chart tracing his lineage back to fourteenth century France...but I don't know if that's strictly Dingledine.)
