My grandmothers brother was a Penn. Her brother married a dingledine. Now, I am a college student that came across old school books my father wound up with. All of the books were once Samual F. Dingledine's. The time period is 1840s to 1876. I have prayer books and even printed material. All books are signed and most are from Rockingham Va. and are also signed with Blue Ridge mountains. I also have a couple others that are under diff. names. I even have a letter from samual to the head of a school requesting for more teaching material. Would you know if the Dingledine famialy is still in this area?

Thank you,
Aaron Candlish
