Don & Sue

Any idea if my great grandfather Edwin Diplock (painter) fits in anywhere, born somewhere around 1850-60? He married Eliza Longley in Sussex c1880. They had 11 children. My grandfather, Oscar, (c1880's) was one of the sons and 2 of his brothers Oswald and Edwin Charles emigrated to the USA sometime around 1907. Obviously not your father Edwin Charles but interesting to see the same name being used. 3 other siblings emigrated to Canada in the early 1900's.

Could Edwin the painter be linked somewhere with your John?

Regards

Linda Barker
