You might be in luck since you have such specific data. Her birthdate is just within the general limit for available church records on microfilm. Switzerland switched over to uniform civil registration of births, marriages, and deaths at the end of 1875. Before that date most such data were recorded in church records though some areas had adopted civil registration much earlier.

So there are very few places where such B/M/D information is readily available after 1875 (at least through microfilm records in the LDS library collection).

The Disch surname is not seen in many towns in Switzerland. Schiers in GraubŁnden is one of them. We might even turn out to be distant cousins :-)
