My other gr-grandfather on my father's side, Harry Flory, was also from Switzerland. Whether the Disch family and the Flory family were friends or relatives, I don't know. They both settled in Cleveland, possibly in the same district, because Cleveland was set up along ethnic groups at the beginning of its history. He was born in 1879 in Switzerland, making him a year older than Christian Disch and seven years younger than Margaret (Disch). A little research into the Florys may come up with the answer. They (the Disch and Flory families from Switzerland) may have been connected somehow. Until I find more, I can only guess.
