The letter found on Dave's website under files/various files/S Disheroon is your ancestor. That I am sure of. Brothers of this Seaborn, Miles & Waitman both say in 1900 census that their father was born in DE.
Seaborn & his family came to AR about 1880. His brothers & sisters had come to AR about 1870. They had moved from the Habersham Co, Ga area about 1838 to the Walker Co, GA area.
I have been working on land records in Rutherford Co, NC and Franklin(later Habersham) Co, GA. I can tie the William Disheroon of Habersham Co, GA directly to Waitman Disheroon and other Disherons there. I believe William is the son of Waitman and William was found in NC by 1790.

Waitman's father's name was also William and he may be the one that immigrated, but much earlier than 1793.
