I've tried to log onto the Disharoon website, but am not having any luck.
Probably the best thing to do is introduce myself; my name is Virginia Elliott, and I live in San Diego, CA. My paternal grandmother was named Beatrice Disharoon (2/19/1908 - 1/28/1998). She married Loraine Elliott (5/23/1894 - 10/21/1969). I believe Beatrice was born in Maryland, but I'm not sure; she died in San Diego, CA.
Anyway, I'm just trying to trace back my ancestry, and I'm such a novice at it that it's not even funny. I'll keep trying www.groups.msn.com/disharoongenealogy and see if I can get there somehow.
