You are right about always checking the originals! The following is from the originals at the MD State Archives;

Will of Comfort Turner, Sr., should read;
to daughter Sorrowful Anne Mary Disharoon [one person]
to granddaughter Sophia Disharoon [minor]
no mention of George or William Disharoon in will

Will of Thomas Toadvine should read;
Isaiah Banks & George Disharoon, guardians to my sons [they are not the sons]

Will of Thomas Disharoon should read;
to nephew Stephen Disharoon, son of Obadiah
[Obadiah is not the son of Stephen]

The books put out by Dryden forced me to go through all Worcester & Somerset Co. wills several years ago just to see how they were supposed to be read. Her land records of Som., Wor. & Wicomico Cos. are just as bad.

I currently have almost 700 Disharoon is my database, plus those who married them and their children. Glad to share anything I have. Am also looking for lines down to the present that I do not have and vital records from other states. All info appreciated and ackowledged if this genealogy is ever published.
