Yes, I have seen the transcript of the will. You should know that the reference (Book EB, F. 55) is incorrect, as are the witnesses to the will. Both are from the will of his son Michael in 1714. the correct reference & witnesses are;

Prerogative Court book 7, p. 286

Philip Carter, Simon Power & William Sayles witnesses
