Anyone know anything about James & Betty Dishong of ELGIN, Illinois or any of Betty's 2 sons, Jim & David Capps? They were alive in 1968 when Betty's father (Edgar Garvey) passed away. Edgar's wife passed in 1988 and there is no mention of either of them, but there is of Betty's 2 sons, Jim & David Capps. Any help would be appreciated.
