I would like to communicate with anyone who is working on the Dismuke family line of my great-grandmother Nancy R. Dismuke(s). According to my information she was born in Jones County, GA 14 August, 1826. She and my great-grandfather William Jackson Bowen, born 30 March, 1826 in SC, were married 31 May, 1849, presumably in Jones County. My grandmother Nancy Mary Catherine Francis Bowen was born to them (in Georgia)1 May, 1855. They later settled in Tallapoosa County, Alabama, and both are buried in the Eagle Creek Baptist Church cemetery in that county.
