Barbara Deeto / Ditto d. 1772

I have a copy of the administration of the estate of Barbara Deeto. It names her heirs as John, Jacob, Francis, Joseph, Anthony, Catharine and Mary. Traditionally, her husband is called. Joseph. I have not been able to trace him. Jacob is general accepted be be the Catholic pioneer. His brother, Joseph moved to Sommerset,Ohio. Anthony served as ensign of the 1st Co. 6th Regiment of the York Co. Malitia in 1794. He moved to Perry Co. Ohio. These three brothers practiced the Catholic faith and records can be found at Conewago Chapel.

This family is not my direct ancestors but intermarried with some of them and aroused my curiosity. Is there proof Barbara's maiden name was Noel and her husband' given name was Joseph. What happened to the rest of her children?
