Charlotte Weber-Ditzler - 19th Century Artist

I feel strongly that Charlotte Weber-Ditzler, 19th and early 20th Century artist and illustrator, is connected to Hugh W. Ditzler. I have a 1907 novel illustrated by her, and have found her name connected to other magazine and book illustrations, but I cannot find a biography for her.

Does anyone know who she is??? I have this crazy notion that Charlotte Weber-Ditzler is a pen name for Hugh W. Ditzler. I'd love to prove that theory right or wrong.
