Cornelius Dietzler, 1650, Prussia

I am searching for the origin of Cornelius (Nilles) Dietzler (also called Ditzler, Detzler). He died on 19. April 1716 in Dirmingen/Saar in Germany. In that time this area belongs to Prussia. He had 2 sons:
1. Jakob, born abt 1672 Dirmingen, died 27. September 1731 Dirmingen, married Anna Barbara Müller
2. Cornelius, born 1673 Dirmingen, died bef 1757 Dirmingen, married Margaretha Bronder

In the phone book of Switzerland I have found many entries with Ditzler. Possibly Cornelius immigrated from Switzerland after the "Dreißigjährige Krieg".

Can anyone help.
