There were two Frederick Devilbisses if Franklin Co. PA, both with wives named Elizabeth. I believe they are mixed up. One was the son of a Michael and the other a son of John (mine) according to the History of Little Cove. The info from the Kit. His. Soc. rightly belongs to the son of John. My Frederic was born 15 Dec 1792 and his wife Elizabeth Benner, dau of Daniel, who died in Franklin in 1804 was forn c. 1795 in Franklin Co. they came about 1794 from Bucks Co. Perhaps John was also a son of Michael. I would be glad to discuss this with descendants i if they contact me. Margaret at
