If you go to the South Carolina State Archives on line website, you can check out the Dixon-Hollingsworth records. There is quite a bit on these two that can be found there. My Elijah Dixon of NC does have a brother by the name of David Dixon. However, I do not know for sure that this is the same David Dixon found in South Carolina. Our David Dixon leaves behind more than 600 acres of land in Mississippi. The land was near Cools Creek. I also have a copy of his will and information and research on the executor of this estate.
