I have Doane's in my family. My great grandfather was Oliver Doane Myers. He was given his mother's maiden name, (Doane) as a middle name. I have some photo copies of the famous Doan Family book, which goes back through the outlaw Doanes, eventually to Sir John Done or doane of Utkinton, who married Dorothy, daughter of Thomas Wilbraham of Woodhey and died in 1629. I know this book is out of print, but I am desperately seeking a copy or any further information on the Doane (Doan) family for my own family geneology and family tree information. Would appreciate any help.
Thanks, Marilyn
