Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

gordon, i just ran into this tonight while browsing ancestry.com's genepool records:

elizabeth godfrey
b. 20 dec 1704--barnstable, harwich, ma
parents: richard godfrey, lydia freeman

it didn't mention prence but the time and proximity are correct. and, prence's mother was also a freeman.

this may not be the same individual, but it seems like a good clue, and i plan to explore it more fully.

good luck,
timothy guy davis
