Mr. Weaver:
Thanks so much for taking the time to look for Evan in your genealogical 'travels'. I will go through the archives for St. Francois County and see what I can find. He definitely was from our Dobkins family group on Crawford and Washington County and at one time I am sure I saw a burial or tombstone/cemetery record for him and John, at least, in Washington County's Potosi cemetery, but I have gone repeatedly to what information is on the web now and can find nothing. I have searched surrounding county histories for other members, and will go with a bit more hope and enthusiasm now and look for Evan here. Thank you again. Beth
