Hey, Joe -- here is a quote from my notes on Bedy:
"Written "Bedie" 65 AL AL AL in 1910 widowed and living with daughter Fannie's family. She has borne four children and all are living. Only three have been identified. Transcribed "Bedie Jackins" in 1910." Marion and Bedy are found on the 1870 Tuscaloosa Co., AL Pct 11 #56/58. The three children I've identified; Nancy c1871, George Washington Feb 22, 1874, and Fannie L. May 1878. I could send you my "all I know" file on Marion if you wish. This is just what I've documented in my Newell research. Susan Newell was my gtgrandfather's sister. Regards, Jim N.
