Deanna,
Maybe between the two of us we will be able to solve the mystery once and for all. My husband's great gradmother was Cynthia Dockery, daughter of John Dockery and Mary Bradburn. The story of Solomon Dorsett raising John Dockery was passed down in the family and was written down by Cynthia Dockery's brother-in-law. Our historical facts are solid from Cynthia/JOhn Dockery forward and from Thomas Dockery Sr back to Maryland. Somewhere in between there is misinformation. We would be happy to exchange info and try to solve the mystery. Call us 573-581-7824 Bonnie and Leon Zeigler
