Whoops! I goofed.
The microfilm number is C1633. On pages 71z, 23 & 24 of the 1837 land petition of Lyman Burnham and Catherine Burnham there is an affadavit of Catherine Burnham dated June 13, 1838 at Dunnville. Part of the last sentence reads "and further this deponent saith that John Burnham who claims a part of the estate of the late Capt. John Dochstader is not her son but the son of her late sister Mary Burnham and the only surviving heir of the lat Mary Burnham" It is signed Catharine Burnham her x mark.
