My line goes: Dorthea/John Denny; Abraham/Catherine Denny; Benjamin/Mary Ann Welch; Jenette/Hira Welch; Abby Jane/Frank Emery DeGroat; Nellie/Peter Hansen (my grandparents). Your Amos would be brother to my Mary Ann. I have the names of the other siblings in that family, but no other information on them, including your Amos. Would love to have info on your Amos and others if you may have. I am also interested in more information on Catherine Denny. My information says she was born Aurilla Catherine Nelles, a white woman, but so far I have not been able to find her in the Nelles family which makes me wonder if she was married to a Nelles before she married Abraham and if so, then who is she?
I do have family names (children) for the whole line going back to the first Dachstader all of which I will be glad to share. Hope this helps! Let me know.
