DOCKWEILERs of Contwig Bavaria to PA

  of 31

My DOCKWEILERs were from Reifenberg and Contwig in Bavaria. Settled in Schuylkill Co PA. Any connections? I have much more info than what is posted below, which can be found at my website (Go to Surnames link on homepage, then "Descendants of Joannes Dockweiler 1750"). There is also a link on the homepage to Joseph Dockweiler, son of Jacob and Anna Maria Berang, who served in the Civil War in both the Army and the Navy! In the Navy he served on one of the "Ironclad" ships as a fireman.
