Dodds genealogy book, and Dodds in IN and KY

Hello -- I'm new to this forum. My name is Suzie, and I'm working on my husband's Dodds genealogy. Made a lot of progress, but have run into a bit of a wall.

I’ve tracked my husband’s line back to Andrew Dodds (b 1796 in KY) & Zipporah (alt sp "Zepporah") Todd Dodds, including their migration to Indiana in the early 1800’s, but I can’t find anything about who Andrew’s father is nor anything before him. I found that Andrew and Zipporah were married in 1818 in Madison Co, Kentucky, but that is my earliest documentation finding.

I’m trying to get in touch with the publishing company, but I was hoping maybe you could tell me if the book even addresses this particular line, going back any further than what I have. If any of my accumulated information would be helpful to you in any way, I have a public tree on titled “Ralph Mitchell Dodds 1893” where I’ve recorded all this -- much of it is sourced, and some has linked to OneWorldTree.

I've tried emailing a couple of people who have posted to this forum who had the book "The Genealogy and History of the families of Francis Dodds and Margaret Craig Dodds of Spartanburg, South Carolina and of the Dodds Families of Baltimore, Maryland, Bloomington, Indiana, Coles County, Illinois", but their email addresses appear to be invalid now and they're not actively participating in the forum at this time. Does anyone have a copy of the book? I'm trying to contact the publisher Journal Printing, too.

Can anyone help me? I'll share whatever I have that would be helpful, although I've been through nearly all the posts here, and haven't found any links to my husband's tree yet. Thank you! Suzie Dodds
