George Marshall Dodge (1846-1912), entomologist

I am an historical entomologist who is researching the amateur entomologist, George M. Dodge, who was born in Maine and died in Missouri. He was the brother of Edgar A. Dodge and Charles F. Dodge. Very little is known about George, who provided many insect specimens to prominent 19th century naturalists. He also wrote several articles about insects. I am writing a brief biography of George and would be very interested in any information about him, including photographs. Despite his important contributions, no image has ever been published. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
