My fathers name is John Edward Doidge, born 3/6/1909. He was known as Jack and lived at 2 Hingston View, 205 Whitchurch Rd Taverstock. His father was Stephen Tooker-Parker Doidge and his mothers name was Margaret Louise Doidge. He came to New Zealand late 1930's and fought in Italy and Africa as a NZer. He married my mother in 1947 and I was born in 1948. I think he was an only child but are keen to find out more about his family.
