In Reply to: Euphrosine Dioron/Etienne Cormier p/o MARY of Memramcook N.B. by J Paul Leger of 407

I was bouncing around the internet and came upon this site.

I too have Doiron ancestors who originated from Jean Doiron who was from Saint-Martin de Re, France and came to North America and married Marie-Anne Canol in 1669.

Your ancestor, Louis Doiron was born in Beaubassin in 1739 and died in Tracadia April 19, 1809.

His parents were Pierre Doiron(1710) and Anne Forest

Pierres parents are: Pierre Doiron(1680) and Madeleine Doucet

Pierre's parents are: Jean Doiron and Marie-Anne Canol, the people I mentioned a the top of the email.

Back to your original question:

Euphrosine (called Sophie) born 1784, Died Dec. 6, 1863 at 81

Her spouse: m Etienne Cormier in Memeramcook Jan 26, 1808.

Etienne Cormier's parents: Pierre Cormier & Marie Godin

Her siblings:

Henriette (1778-1867) m: Jean Noiles
Louis (called Louison) (1779-1842) m Marie Robichaud and Euphrosine Saulnier

Barbara (1780)

Perpetue (1782 - 1849) m Alexis Vautoour

Theotiste (1785-1823) m Charlemagne Bastarache & Francois Vienneau

Helene (1787-?) m Pierre Legere

Moise (1788)- ?) m Brigitte Saulnier

Paul (1791-1841) m Henriette Fournier

Olivier ( 1793 - 1883) m Marguerite Comeau & Euphemie Cormier

Marie ( 1798 - 1845) m Charles Vienneau

Hope this helps,

Bill
