JULIAN DOIRON

I have been trying to track my grandfather JULIAN DOIRON through the census record. He was born 1 October, 1899 in La. I have found him in 1900 cameron Parish with his parents and siblings . He is listed as JULIE.I also found him in 1930 in Beaumont Texas with his wife Mary. I haven't found him in the 1910. I found a JULIAN DOIRON in the 1920 census for Camp Harry J. Jones, in Douglas, Cochise County, Arizona. The date and place of birth are right for my JULIAN. I am just wondering if anyone knows where my JULIAN was in 1910, and if the one I found in 1920 is him, or another JULIAN.
Thank You
Sandra Rice Doiron
