Smithfield, Allen, Mount Bethel, Moore and Easton. Bucks Co
The Scot-Irish settler of Alllen moved in the orgainzation of the township in 1746. The pioneers of the Lehigh who petitioned for the township included Peter Doll, Christian Doll, Frederich Aldimues, Thomas Biers, Frederick Miller.
Mt. Bethel- 1746 inhabitants included, Jonathan Miller, Conrad Doll
Northampton Co. took from Bucks between five and six thousand of her white population. Down to the time of the divsion the following townships which fell within the new county had already been orgainized, Smithfield, 1742, Upper Milford, 1742, Upper Saucon, 1733, Lower Saucon, 1743, Macungie, 1743, Bethlehem, 1746, Allen, 1748, Williams, 1750, Mt. Bethel already organized, but date not known.
