Check the birthdates. Especially William. He would have been abt 13 years old.

There is a William Dollins who enlisted at age 32 on Aug. 1777 (10th Regiment); his residence being Westmoreland, VA. That would place his birth about 1745, and could possibly be the son of Richard Dollins. But was Richard's son living in Westmoreland at that time?

I doubt that the William Dollins who married Jane Brockman served in the Rev. War. Anyone have any documentation on this to share?
