Marianne, I'm floored. I asked Genforum to put the Dollins name up some time ago, and they notified me today it was up, so I posted. It has been so hard to get information on the Dollins family without the list.

I'm so tickled to hear from you. We haven't had any information on James D. Dollins' family at all. James and Pamelia moved to Texas, I think, around 1850. Their first child, William Theodore, was born in MO in 1846, but I'm not sure about the birthplaces of any of the other children until Elizabeth, and she was born in TX in 1854. They lived in Dallas County and then William Theodore and William Riley lived in Young County, TX. Elizabeth and her family moved to Mitchell Co., TX. So far as I know our Dollins family has stayed in TX.

I'm glad to know about the book. That will help tremendously.

I'll be in contact with you. Thanks so much for writing.
