Just yesterday I was in the library and saw where a Dophin (missed writing down first name) came from Silgo Ireland in 1815, married Mary Shannon in 1834 and settled in High Market in 1847. They had four children, Bridget, Mary, James and Anna. What caught my eye was "Bridget". My great grandmother was Bridget Tuffy. I do not know her maiden name but I do know the Tuffys and Dolphins lived next door to each other in Highmarket. Thought there may have been a connection, ie was Bridget Tuffy a Dolphin - pure speculation - do you have any info?
