Hi Phil
I'm trying to track my grandfather James Mathew Dolphin. He left London in 1913 for New Zealand, last employment at Harrods as a tailors cutter. His father was James Noble Dolphin born in 1863 St James Westminster. His parents (may have been), James J and Eleonor P Dolphin (not sure on this).
My grandfather and grandmother parted company and he went to Dunedin. We don't know what happened to him but he may have gone to Australia.
Have you come across my family in your search?
Would love to hear if you have.
thanks
Leslie
