Hi Adrienne

My grandfather, William Dolphin, was your grandfather's uncle. He was born in Ribchester in 1888 and stayed in Ribchester when your grandfather went to Australia. William had 8 children including my father, Frank Dolphin, who also had 8 children. Most of William's descendants still live in the Lancashire area.

Brian Dolphin from Australia visited my uncle in England in the late 1960s - is a relative of yours ?

I have details of the Dolphin family tree back to the 1770s and have photos of your grandfather and his brother as young men. Let me know if you would like the details. I would be very interested in knowing the details of your Australian line.

All the best

Tom Dolphin
