Craig, I see that your posting is quite old, but I am hopeful that you might still receive this message.

My family surname is Donmeyer but as you know the spellings are many. My ancestors are from Switzerland and it was my GGGG-Grandfather was Johannes, who came over to America in the late 1700 to early 1800's with two of his brothers, names unknown. Johannes settled in Pennsylvania and the family lived there for a decade or two. My Johannes married a Bressler(?)no first name and they had 4 children: George, Johannes Jr., Heinrich, and Elisabeth. They would have been born in the mid+++ 1800's.

If this gets to you please let me know. I would love to share information with you if possible.
