I have done some research concerning the John Donaho/Donoho who died at Goliad under Fannin. John Donaho/Donoho was a member of the Kentucky Mustangs commanded by Burr H. Duval. The Kentucky Mustangs were formed at Bardstown, Nelson County, Kentucky in 1835. I have newspaper articles from the Bardstown Herald which mention John Donohoo and the riflemen from Nelson County, Kentucky. I have never been able to positively identify any Donaho family relatives or descendants of the John Donaho who died at Goliad. It would be great to talk to you. I would be happy to share the info that I have on this John Donaho/Donoho/Donohoo with you!!
