The name Sophrona jogged some memory cells. Don't know if this helps.
This is taken from the LDS 1880 census that are on CDs. This shows a Sophrona as a widow in 1880 & different spelling, diff. State.
Sorry its all jumbled up. I make it look neat on the message board, but the text software moves things around before it posts it. Hope it helps...
