Donehoo spelling of this Surname (Vara Donehoo 1907)

I am hoping someone might have a clue about the altenative spelling of Donehoo. I have a glass cranberry creamer that was given away or sold at State and County Fairs many years ago. Etched on the glass in gold is "Vara Donehoo 1907". This could be a birthyear, marriage year, or just the year she got it. I have my grandmother's and the date on hers was her birthyear. I bought it on eBay a few years ago. I am selling my collection of these adorable small creamers. I am hoping this might have sentimental significance to a family member.
Perhaps someone might know a Vara and the last name was spelled wrong.
