You might want to check out Rootsweb.com regarding this family. G. Bonnet has been doing a lot of work on a Donahoo line and it goes back to a very early Gilbert b. 1739. His line very early was referred to as DONAHUE and then it became DONAHOO by late 1700/early 1800. (so you might check both spellings here and there) They were mostly in Harford County Maryland. I come down through one of his lines and have been very thankful for his work.
