Joseph, I think we have a match.

1850 Greenville..............1860 Polk
William.....35..................---------
Anna........30..................Anna
Frances.....13..................--------
Murray.......9..................May - 19
Crook?.......7..................--------
Bethany......2..................Bethena
......................................Alexander
......................................Edward

I have not seen the 1860 census original.
Could the May, listed as a 19 yr old female, actually be Murray, 19 yr old male.
Spelling and handwriting in census records are often very hard to decipher.

I have suspected that Murray had a brother named Edward.
See the 1900 census record and comments below.

Murray Donnahoo was my ggGrandfather.
George Donnahoo was my gGrandfather.
Stewart Donnahoo was my Grandfather.
Louvera Donnahoo Parris is my mother
I am John R. Parris.

Most of The following information was given to me by Esther Jolley, daughter of Maggie Donnahoo and J.W. Lee.
I have a copy of a photograph taken at the home of Angeline Johnson Donnahoo.
The date is ca. 1915.
There are about 60 people in the photo, including my gGrandfather, George and my Grandfather, Stewart.
Also, known in the photo are Rowland Donnahoo, Jerry Lee, Annie Burton, Martha D. Smith, Maggie D. Lee
Alice D. Burton, Carrie D. Louis, holding a baby named Eunice, and Boyce Smith.

The 2 Donnahoo families below are from 1900 census records from around the same geographic location.
While I have no information to link these, they are possibly brothers to Murray.
Rowland, the son of Edward, listed below, could possibly be the Rowland in the photograph on Angeline's birthday.
He appears to be about the right age in the photo.
An Edward Donnahoo appears in the 1860 Polk Co. Census
with what may be Murray's family.

Edward D. Donnahoo b. Dec. 1850 marr. Sarah A. b. Feb. 1849
Rowland b. Aug 1879
Minnie b. Mar. 1882
Martha b. Jun 1884
