Cameron,

I am pretty sure that you are not in my Virginia Donaldson genealogical line, but the Survan name (or something similar) has appeared in other Donaldson lines that I am fmailiar with. What is your location? There are other Donaldson lines, in Georgia and Alabama, that are very well documented. I think (but, I am not sure) that the Survan name is associated with the Alabama (Coffee County, to be specific) Donaldson family.

I hope this helps! Good luck in your quest!

Tom Donaldson
