Have just been looking at the 1838 tithe maps for Utkinton dated 1838 and they show Thomas Done as the occupier of a fair amount of land in Utkinton, most being on the north side of the A49 near Cotebrook. The land was rented from the John Arden trustees. The Arden's inherited the vast Done estates.
