I am looking for more information on a Daniel Wheeler born in Guilford Vermont, Windon County on 10/01/1797 Married 8/18/1822 to Sally Dunning Stewart. Maybe brothers?

The decendants of Daniel ended up in Elgin Illinois One of his children was named Pamela Eliza Wheeler. There was 9 others. Since they seemed to repeat family names the others were: Daniel Lewis, Lucinda Wheeler, Eleanor Jane, William Stewart, Sylvanus Moffit, Almira Albro, Franklin S,
Anson J. and Willard L. Wheeler.

I am told my my Aunt that the Wheeler family married some New England Indians so I have bee looking toward Canada, VT, CT. My grandmother was a Wheeler. She married a a man that came from denmark to America in 1902. This lead me to believe that may Wheelers were originally Dantish although I have no evidence.

Mybe you can find something of value in the above information that will help you search. Good Luck! Rhonda Cooke
