I have some information that may or may not be helpful. In a family genealogy written by Francis' first cousin Thomas J. Donham, he was referred to as Marion. He married a Rachel Riley who died in Mississippi. He moved to Arkansas and married Nancy Myers. His family was from around Yalobusha Co., Mississippi. He was married the first time in Coffeeville, Yalobusha Co. Family genealogy confirms that he fought in Civil War under Confederacy. Sorry I don't have a firm birth or death date. Let me know if you find it.
