Margaret, It just dawned on me that the reference to Nora states that she was single at the time of her marriage to Tobe. She was the widow of Robert Donnell as is shown on the both the 1900 and 1920 census. Did you by any chance find her birth records? If so and her name was Donnell on it and if it was then perhaps she and Robert were cousins.
