Deed                     }       This Indenture made the twenty first day of November in the
James B Donnell        }       year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and eighty five

to                     }       and State of Illinois and Nancy Jane Moore and John G
Jacob Donnell              }       Moore her husband of the same place parties of the first part

and Jacob Donnell of Lower Burrell Township County of Westmoreland State of Pennsylvania party of the second part. Witnesseth That the said parties of the first-part for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand and paid by the said party of the second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised, released and quit-claimed and by these presents do remise release and quit claim unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever. All that certain tract of land situated in Lower Burrell township County of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania and bounded as follows viz on the South and West by lands of R. F. Stewart and James Leslie on the North by lands of George Cook on the North East by lands of Mrs. Taylor and on the East by lands of Garveys heirs now owned in part and occupied by Jacob Donnell party hereto and Containing one hundred acres more or less. Also the right, title interest and claim which they the said parties of the first part had by virtue of the death of Hugh Donnell late of Lower Burrell township County of Westmoreland State of Pennsylvania decíd of in and to the following tracts of land as follows. Viz: That certain tract of land situated in Fawn Township County of Allegheny State of Pennsylvania bounded by the lands of James Kennedy, Stewart Pringle, Joseph Painter-and the heirs of Benjamin Harbison decíd and perhaps others and containing Two Hundred and Sixty acres more or less property belonging to the heirs of Jane Donnell aforesaid decíd late of Fawn township (2nd) that other tract of land situated in the County of Treble State of Ohio described as follows Viz the North West 2 quarter of section thirty two in township Nine of range Two East of Meridian line and containing one hundred and sixty acres property belonging to the heirs of James E Donnell late of Preble County Ohio decíd.
Also we the said parties of the first part as a part of the aforesaid consideration do hereby assign and transfer and set over to the said Jacob Donnell and his heirs all our interest and claim to the personal estate of the said Hugh Donnell decíd. Together with all and singular the tenaments here ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions, remainders rents issues and profits thereof. And also the Estate right title, interest property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in or to the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To Have and To Hold all and singular above mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness whereof The said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

Warren}       on this 21st day of November A D 1885 before me W H Sexton a Notary Public in and for said County and State came the above names James B Donnell, Catharine Donnell, Nancy Jane Moore, and John G Moore husbands and wives and acknowledged the foregoing Indenture to be their act and deed and desired the same to be recorded as such. She the said Catharine Donnell and Mary Jane Moore
              {should be Nancy Jane Moore} being of full age and by me examined separate and
               apart from their said husbands and the contents of the above Indenture being first-
              made fully known to them declared that they did of their own free well and accord
              Sign and seal and as their act and deed deliver the same without any coercion
              or compulsion of their said husbands. Witness my hand and seal the day and
              year aforesaid.

Note to family members: The names change slightly in this document! James B Donnell and Nancy Jane Moore are the children of Patrick Jr and Mary Ann Skillen. They, of
course, would be our Johnís niece and nephew.
