Benjamin DONNELL b.1797 d. 1869 buried at Webster Cem in Freeport, ME-who is he?

I am searching for info about the Benjamin DONNELL who seems to be out of place buried in Freeport, Cumberland Co., Maine's Webster Cemetery.
There is no other Donnell's there and only his dates of 1797 - 1869 are on the gravestone.
I don't know that his gravestone is still in existence as this info is from a transcript of the cemetery.
If anyone has info on this Benjamin Please let me know.
I am wondering if he is the son of Moses and Hannah (Bright) DONNELL? Their son Benjamin was listed as being born in Wiscasset, ME but I guess he could have moved to Freeport and died there.

Or he might be the grandson Benjamin (son of Benjamin Donnell and Sarah Kingsbury), from their son Benjamin, Jr. (for clarity)who married Susannah Davis.
Any help at all greatly appreciated as I am trying to track my family links and Moses is a relative-in-law so to speak.
Thank you.
