Finding Donnel(l)s in Scotland: the main info I've found for my g-grandfather, James Donnel, is an on-line genealogy that has him born in Dundee in 1800, son of John Dillon Donnel, son of Hugh Emerson Donnel. I can find no confirmation at the Scots end, and would be interested in any leads Melissa uncovers. Thanks!
